It all started when…
The idea for “Last Quiet Places” came after I went on a hiking trip to Utah and experienced the crowded trails and a general disregard for the scenery in favor of taking selfies or Instagram photos. To me, the trail is supposed to be a place where you can go to clear your mind and be at peace. After that trip, I decided to plan all future travel to include lesser known trails, cities, countries, or quiet corners of larger cities. I tried to be ahead of the travel trends so I could experience places before they became well known or popular with the internet travel community.
